Evaluating Ecotourism for the Establishment of Fraser’s Hill State Park

Fraser’s Hill is known as a tourist destination it situated in the Raub District of Pahang Titiwangsa Range region. However, threat commercial development activities has disrupted ecosystem forests within Forest Complex (FHFC) and been concerning differ-ent community groups, especially locals. Thus, objectives this paper are to assess evaluation ecotourism FHFC by using Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) identify appropriate price level people’s willingness pay (WTP) for conservation fees find out feasibility continue with suggestion establishment State Park Malaysia. The result shows that public willing much RM3.60 per person fee local community’s higher compared which RM3.90 person. For overall respondents, total equal RM3.70 In survey Park, more than 70% respondent agreeable stated good idea future FHFC.
